Once purchased, online courses are not refundable after 5 days.

Within 5 days courses can be refunded on the following grounds:

1. Total consumed hours should not exceed more than 10% of the total course duration.

2. Crash courses and question discussion courses are not refundable in any circumstances.

3. Live session passes are not refundable if any one live session has been taken. Though a refund of 70% will be processed if student requests for the refund before start of the session.

4. Live session passes can not be refunded if the session has been missed. Though for missed sessions, extra session can be arranged which will be as per availability.
